My passion is teaching how to lift safely and getting the best out of someone no matter their age or ability.

Strength training has a huge effect on a persons wellbeing not only for the obvious aesthetic reasons, but for injury prevention, durability and also mental health. I’ve seen clients transform in front of my eyes both physically and mentally and this is what gives me tremendous job satisfaction.

It’s essential we are getting the message out there that it needs to be a part of everyone’s life in some way. It’s never too late to start lifting , I have coached all ages from 8 -79 yo and the principles remain the same.
